Do you store my submissions?

Yes, we store your submissions. By submitting your code to Kattis you grant us a license to store and process your code as stated in the Terms of Service. Occasionally a problem is found with one of the problems (no pun intended) or we change hardware and then we need to rejudge all submissions on that problem. We also use the code to check for plagiarism and perform research.
